DR. LINDSEY’S DETOX (Recommended 5 – 7 days):
UPON WAKING UP & 3 – 5 TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY:
- 1 glass of warm water with ½ of an organic lemon squeezed into the glass
BREAKFAST:
- 1 oz. of Genesis Today Noni100
- 1 oz. of Genesis Today Goji100
- 1 oz. of Genesis Today Mangosteen100
- 1 oz. of Genesis Today 4Resveratrol
- 1 oz. of Genesis Today Acai100
- 1 glass of Genesis Today Acai Berry Juice, Genesis Today Pomegranate & Berries with Resveratrol or Genesis Today Cranberry Goji Juice mixed with 1 scoop of Genesis Today 4Fiber (if it gets too thick, just add water)
BETWEEN MEALS:
